Whether it is to always accept the centralized data over the remote data, or never accept re-mote changes over centralized data, intelligent defaults insure consistency, reliability, and quality of data. Further, you may allow remote store managers to override data for certain products but not others. You can apply an effective date for a price of an item and a termination date to roll back the price of an item—creating a temporary price change.
